Terms and Conditions of Sale


This page sets out our complete Terms and Conditions, and our shopping facility asks you to confirm that you have read and accepted them before submitting your orders.

These Terms and Conditions may be altered at any time and without notice. The conditions displayed on our website at the time of placing your order will apply to your order.

Terms and Conditions govern all transactions between Buratino Productions Ltd (the Seller) and you (the Buyer), and may not be varied by any Buyer’s terms of purchase which have not been explicitly agreed in writing by a Director of Buratino Productions Ltd.

For online orders a contract is formed between the Buyer and the Seller. The Seller notifies the Buyer by e-mail that their order has been accepted. The Buyer’s order will not be accepted until the Seller receives confirmation that the Buyer’s payment has been cleared.

For orders placed by mail or fax a contract is formed between the Buyer and the Seller when the Seller receives the Buyer’s order.

The Buyer must ensure that all information (particularly the Delivery address and Contact details) supplied by the Buyer is correct before proceeding to payment. We cannot accept responsibility for delivery problems and may not be able to provide the Buyer with a refund if inaccurate or incomplete information is given.

Photographs and information contained on our website must not under any circumstance be copied, used or otherwise circulated without our prior consent.

Every care has been taken to describe and portray items accurately using current technology, however slight variations in actual goods may occur. Product colours shown on the website may differ from the actual colour of the products themselves.

The Buyer agrees not to offer ordered Goods for resale and the Buyer shall indemnify the Seller in full for all losses, damages, costs and expenses which the Seller may suffer or incur if the Buyer breaches this term.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and notify you by email that the item(s) ordered is on back order. You will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Price and Payment

The prices of the items set out in the individual product pages on our website are quoted in New Zealand dollars and do not include postage and packing.

We accept payments by cheque and direct credit into our bank account. When you have placed your order we will contact you by email to confirm delivery costs and payment options. Products will not be dispatched until the payment appears in our bank account, with the order number for reference, or your cheque has been cleared.

Downloadable Products

Our download games are licensed for personal or classroom use only to the individual purchaser. They can not be resold, shared, recopied, or printed and distributed for commercial use.

Teachers who purchase the downloads may print out as many copies as required to use personally in the classroom. They can not be passed on to students or other teachers in any form.

Schools can purchase the school license at $75.00 which allows using our downloadable resources in all their classrooms.

When you purchase any downloads from Buratino Productions Ltd, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Payment by credit card

We accept Visa and Mastercard. You can place an order online and pay for it following the online credit card transaction service through our secure server protected by Secure Sockets Layer.

Please note: All international orders are processed in $NZ. Your credit card company may therefore apply foreign exchange fees on the transaction.

Privacy Policy

Buratino Productions Ltd does not disclose customers’ information to third parties at any time.


In the event that you have a complaint about any aspect of your dealings with Buratino Productions Ltd we will ensure that your complaint will be dealt with fairly, quickly, effectively and confidentially. Please email: info@LanguageMadeFun.com with details of your grievance. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days and you will be kept informed of progress. We will attempt to resolve any complaint within one month.
